Our services are flexible to suit your project's requirements. We offer complete builds, partial builds, and can even provide only the timberframes for your house if that's what you need.
All timbers are designed, engineered, and hand-cut in-house at Gust TimberCraft.

You will sit down with your Gust TimberCraft project manager and finalize a proposal. Once accepted, you’ll work together to develop custom drawings and blueprints based on the unique features of your land
Choose a Contractor
With your blueprints in hand, the next step is to select a contractor to complete your home.
You have options: You may hire your own contractor or choose to build it yourself. A professional contractor will provide you with a comprehensive cost estimate. If you decide to undertake the work yourself, consult with building supply dealers for material cost estimates.
Depending on your location, Gust TimberCraft can serve as your contractor; if not, we collaborate with contractors around the world who can meet your needs.
Financing
Arranging financing for your project, including all construction expenses, is a crucial step in the building process. Gust TimberCraft provides expert guidance to help clients work with banks to secure the most value from their financing options. We collaborate closely with multiple financial institutions and offer advice to ensure you obtain the best possible terms and support throughout the financing process.
Build Your Home
With the blueprints finalized, financing secured, and a contractor selected, your project is ready to advance to the construction phase. This is when your vision begins to take shape.
